Who we are

Certikeeper is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to simplify and professionalise compliance management. Certikeeper is developed and operated by AxiomaSoft B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands.

Our mission

We believe that compliance should not be an administrative burden. Certikeeper provides organisations with a structured and secure way to manage certificates and related documents, ensuring transparency, reliability and efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Our standards

AxiomaSoft B.V. applies information security practices in line with the requirements of the international standard ISO/IEC 27001. Our internal processes and technical measures are designed to reflect the principles of this recognised framework..

Certikeeper is built on Jmix, a robust open-source framework, and is hosted with Hostinger International Ltd., providing reliable and scalable infrastructure within the European Union.

Our scope

Initially focused on the Agri and Food sector, Certikeeper is designed to meet compliance requirements across multiple industries and global markets. Our approach is EU-first, but we anticipate and integrate the most relevant international compliance standards to support organisations worldwide.
